The current Texas Penal System is not acting in the best interest of society as a whole condones and contributes to hazardous conditions, legal abuses, and infringement of our constitutional rights.

We must bond together and assert our Human Rights and negotiate collective bargaining for improved working and living conditions, wages, and rehabilitative programs that will allow us to develop skills and habits so that we may re-enter society as reponsible and productive citizens.
